This guide explains what it means, the real options available today, and how to choose and set up the right one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quick answer:<\/strong> standard Moodle\u2122 LMS does not include full multi-tenancy. The main options are <strong>Moodle\u2122 Workplace<\/strong> (Moodle&#8217;s commercial edition with built-in tenants, available through Moodle\u2122 Certified Partners), <strong>IOMAD<\/strong> (a free, open-source multi-tenant distribution based on Moodle\u2122), a <strong>category-based setup<\/strong> in standard Moodle\u2122 using course categories, cohorts, roles and category themes, or <strong>separate Moodle\u2122 sites<\/strong> managed centrally.
