Dedicated developers (Hire a Developer model)
For clients who want direct managerial control, we provide developers, designers, QA engineers and other specialists who work exclusively on your projects and report to you. Choose the option that fits your workload:
Full-time hire
The most popular option. Your expert works full time on your project and stays in direct contact with you throughout, giving you maximum control.
Part-time hire
Like full-time hire, but for lighter workloads: your expert provides a minimum of 88 hours of production time on your project.
Hourly hire
Hire an expert by the hour for small tasks, fixes and short pieces of work. A very cost-effective option for occasional needs.
Fixed-price projects
If you have a clear idea of what you need and want to focus on running your business, the fixed-price model gives you budget certainty. You share your requirements, scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria; we agree a fixed price and timeline and deliver the project, keeping you updated at each milestone.
Changes to scope during the project are handled through a simple change-request process: small changes are absorbed where possible, and larger changes are re-quoted for your approval.
Time and material, and hybrid models
- Time and material: you pay for the actual time spent, ideal when requirements will evolve or the scope is hard to define upfront.
- Hybrid: for example, a fixed-price first release followed by a dedicated team for ongoing improvements.

How we work day to day
- Standard working hours are 9:30 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday, with overlap arranged for your time zone where needed.
- Daily or regular check-ins, plus progress tracked in your tools (Jira, Trello, GitHub, Azure DevOps or similar).
- A named project manager for project-based work.
