2. Design

System architecture, user flows, wireframes and UI design are prepared from the agreed requirements and approved with you.

3. Development

The application is built in short sprints, with code review on every change and regular demos of working software.

4. Testing

Manual and automated testing against the requirements confirms the product actually solves the problems it was built for.

Every incoming project is first handed to an experienced project manager. They discuss your requirements, scope, risks, timeline and budget with you, and assign the project to the most suitable team.

The project manager then assesses the project in depth (business goals, product vision, functional specifications, use cases and long-term scope) because every project has unique requirements and deserves its own approach.

Do you use agile development?
Yes. We work in short sprints with regular demos, so you see progress and can adjust priorities as the project evolves.
Will I have a single point of contact?
Yes. Project-based work has a named project manager who coordinates the team and keeps you updated.
How are changes during the project handled?
Minor changes are executed through the project manager. Significant changes that add to the estimated work are re-scoped and quoted for your approval.
How does Vibidsoft's software development process work?
Vibidsoft follows six stages: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. A project manager agrees requirements, scope, risks and timeline with you, and designs are approved before the build. The software is built in two-week sprints with code review on every change and a demo each sprint, tested manually and automatically, and deployed only after you approve it on staging.
How often will I see progress during development?
At least every two weeks. Each sprint ends with a demo of working software and an outcome scorecard showing progress against the agreed goals, and tasks, sprints and releases are tracked in a shared tool you can check at any time. You give feedback at each step rather than waiting for a single handover at the end.
How does Vibidsoft work with clients in other time zones?
Vibidsoft's standard hours are 9:30 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday, with overlap arranged for your working day. That covers demos, planning calls and urgent questions for clients in Australia, Singapore, the UAE, the UK, Europe and North America. Day-to-day updates happen in your tools, so progress stays visible between calls.
Do you test software before it goes live?
Yes. Testing is a dedicated stage, not an afterthought. Every change is code reviewed, the software is tested manually and with automated tests against the agreed requirements, and you approve it on a staging server before release. After deployment to your live environment we run further QA at no extra charge. See our testing services.
What do I receive at the end of a software project?
You receive working software deployed to your environment, the full source code in a repository you control, project documentation and all rights to the code and intellectual property once the final payment is received. We also hand over all project data, then wipe the development hardware and remove our backups. Read more about confidentiality.
